The upcoming LAND Auction Season 1 is the first official LAND auction held in CALIVERSE. • The LAND rental and leasing features are scheduled to be updated in Q1 of 2025.

LAND rental and leasing income will generate CALIUM

• LAND holders can set a rental price above the minimum rate and lease their LAND using CALIUM.

• The rent will be settled in CALIUM, allowing LAND holders to generate continuous income.

• The number of default floors provided varies by LAND size, and rental fees can be settled per floor.

• LAND holders can use their LAND as a background for UGQ.

• LAND holders can also place advertisements within their LAND, enabling additional economic activities.

Support for mini-games and creator entries

• LAND owners can place UGQ and creative games directly on their LAND.

• By renting out their LAND to creators who need space, they can generate additional income.

Rewards based on UGC

• LAND owners can place UGC content (UGQ & games) on their LAND and earn rewards.

• The larger the LAND, the more content and advertising slots can be placed.

• Medium-sized and larger LAND will be eligible to host various UGC games, which will be available in future updates.

UGC Reward System

• UGQ and game creators can produce content and post it on the UGQ Board and Game Board.

• LAND holders and tenants can place this content on their LAND.

• When the content is placed on a LAND, both the content creator and the LAND operator will receive UGQ Point rewards.

• Players interacting with the content on the LAND will also earn play rewards.

The circulation of CALIUM Eco-System

• The CALIUM from the final winning bid of LAND, which is closely tied to the CALIUM Eco-System, will be fully burned and reflected in the circulating supply of Epoch.

UGQ Points earned within the CALIVERSE ecosystem will be monetized according to the upcoming C2E (Create to Earn) policy. Additionally, LAND will offer an NFT minting feature on a separate on-chain platform.
