Visit the NPC Tattoo Seller Frank and select the [Shop], then click.
Check the available tattoos in the [Products] tab at Frank's Shop. After confirming the desired tattoo, click the [Purchase] button.
Confirm the payment amount and click the [Yes] button.
Congratulations! The tattoo purchase is complete. Press the [ESC] and enter the [Dressroom] to equip the purchased tattoo!
