LAND Management

You can manage the LAND you acquired through the LAND Auction directly via the LAND Management tab! We’ll guide you step by step on how to efficiently operate your LAND and even collect rental income. Start managing your own LAND and build up your rental profits!

What is LAND Management?

LAND Management is a system that allows pioneers to operate their owned LAND using features like rental income settlement and information updates. Any LAND you acquire will be automatically registered in the LAND Management tab, where you can optimize it with various features!

How to Manage Your LAND

Accessing the LAND Management Tab

  • Select the LAND You Want to Manage.

Checking Your Owned LAND

  • All LAND you’ve won through auctions will be automatically registered in the LAND Management tab.

  • You can check detailed information and rental details for each LAND.

Setting & Receiving Rental Income

Pioneers who own LAND can earn rental income through the rental system. Strategically manage your acquired LAND to maximize your rental profits!

1) Click the Land Info - Edit button.

2) Activate the Rental Status button and click Apply.

3) Set the rental fee and click Apply.

  • A 30% settlement fee will be applied, and the settled rental fee will be automatically deposited into your inventory without any additional collection process.

  • The rent is paid in CALIUM, and upon land rental, the tenant will receive a “Rental Box” as a reward.

    • From the “Rental Box”, various items such as “Premium Fabric,” “Gold Dye,” and “aetheron pod,” which are essential for crafting top-grade outfits, can be obtained with a certain probability.

    • Rental rewards are given as follows: Small land 1 per day / medium land 2 per day / large land 7 per day.

    • Once the rental contract is completed, rewards will be immediately sent via mail according to the rental contract period.

      • Example: If a medium land is rented for 30 days, a total of 60 rewards can be obtained as 30 x 2.

    • After setting up the rental, you can specify your desired rental fee.

      • The minimum daily rental fee is as follows:

        • Small: 0.72 CALIUM

        • Medium: 1.38 CALIUM

        • Large: 6.44 CALIUM

Notice

  • Landowners can also enter their own land as tenants without paying rental fees.

  • However, if the owner enters as a tenant, a Rental Box will not be received.

Editing LAND Information

You can modify the details of your acquired LAND as you wish!

  • Change LAND Name: Set a unique name that reflects your style.

  • Edit Description: Freely write an introduction for your LAND.

  • Rename Buildings: Customize the names of buildings to create a more distinctive space.

Mini Games

  • In the future, you will be able to create your own mini games using the mini game editor, place them on your LAND, and earn rewards.

  • Further details will be provided through guides and the whitepaper.

Important Notes

  • Only the pioneer who owns the LAND can manage it, and the rental function must be activated for other users to rent it.

  • Rental income accumulated through contracts can be settled at any time and will be added to your inventory without any separate process.

  • The rental fee you set can be changed at any time, and the new fee will apply immediately to rental contracts made after the change.
